Logistics Outbound Coordinator

• Coordinate the daily flow of goods between warehouses, stores and external logistics partners.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Follow up on transportation issues and collaborate with carriers to resolve them efficiently.
• Support stock transfers, replenishment activities and inventory accuracy across the network.
• Coordinate closely with internal departments, including retail, e-commerce, finance and supply chain teams.
• Analyze logistics data and identify opportunities to improve operational performance.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to logistics and transportation activities.
• Build and maintain constructive relationships with logistics partners, carriers and suppliers.
• Negotiate effectively with external partners to support operational objectives.
• Actively contribute to supply chain optimization and continuous improvement projects.
  

• Background in logistics, supply chain, business administration or a related field.
• Strong understanding of logistics operations and supply chain processes.
• Knowledge of international payment methods, customs regulations and import/export procedures.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proactive, accurate and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage priorities, work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Team player with a collaborative attitude and a hands-on approach.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Dutch and/or French is considered a strong asset.
• Interest in fashion, retail and logistics operations is a plus.
