Store Manager

We are looking for a driven and experienced Store Manager to lead our flagship store in Antwerp.

As Store Manager, you are part of the retail team and report to the Retail Manager. You are a true ambassador of our brand and you ensure that our store is both operationally well run and well managed. Your responsibilities are mainly situated around three pillars:

1. Management

• You evaluate and motivate your sales team in line with the company's vision.

 
2. Company strategy

• You provide premium customer service and ensure lasting customer loyaly.
• You ensure increasing sales figures.
• You ensure correct compliance with visual merchandising.

3. Administrative & financial management

• You are responsible for the inventories.
• You ensure optimal management of the collections, deliveries and stock management.
• You manage all the administration related to your team.

In short, you are responsible for the turnover and growth of your store.

• Good insights into the operational functioning of a fashion store
