E-Commerce Operations & Content Coordinator

As part of the rollout of Shopify Markets, we are strengthening our e-commerce team to deliver an increasingly relevant, local, and inspiring customer experience across international markets.

Your role

You drive the execution of content, offers, and e-commerce campaigns across multiple markets (Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Germany, and all our international markets), with a clear ambition: enhance the customer experience and support commercial performance.

Your responsibilities

Content & campaigns

Adapt and localize content from the Belgian market to France, the
Netherlands, Germany, and other international markets
Publish pages, campaigns, and assets (homepage, landing pages,
activations)
Ensure brand consistency and local relevance across all markets
Implement campaigns in collaboration with Marketing, Design, and the
e-commerce team
Support product copywriting during collection launches

Offers & merchandising

Set up commercial offers in Shopify (following eCom guidelines)
Ensure consistency of promotional messaging across markets
Update collections, product pushes, and cross-sell mechanics

Performance & optimization

Contribute to optimizing the customer journey and conversion rate (CVR)
Implement SEO optimizations (titles, meta, content)
Ensure content quality, consistency, and accuracy

Translations & quality

Manage translations using AI tools based on priorities
Correct inconsistencies and ensure a smooth multi-market experience

Teamwork

You work closely with:

the eCommerce Merchandising & Content Specialist
the eCommerce Operational Specialist
the Marketing & Design teams

A key role at the heart of the e-commerce team.

Your impact

Fast, reliable, and error-free online execution
High-quality content across all markets (BE, FR, NL, DE, international)
Direct contribution to performance (CVR, campaigns, revenue)

Profile

0–2 years of experience in eCommerce / digital / content
Comfortable working with a CMS (Shopify is a plus)
Detail-oriented with strong execution skills
Strong product and merchandising sense with business understanding
Team player with strong communication skills
Fluent in Dutch and English; French or German is a plus
