To strengthen our team, we are looking for someone with a passion for technology and e-commerce, whose main goal will be to ensure the reliability and continuity of data flows between our different IT and e-commerce systems.

The position is part of the IT department, working closely with the digital team (e-commerce, marketing, social media, secondhand).

Main responsibilities

Oversee the functional management of the ERP system and provide user support, especially for e-commerce and logistics flows.
Manage and further develop the internal middleware between the e-commerce platform and the ERP.
Provide technical and functional support for e-commerce tools: – CMS (back office, workflows, data extraction)
Related platforms: return portal, customer portal, delivery tracking, CRM, secondhand
Omnichannel systems: e-reservation, back in stock, gift cards
Support and maintain analytical tools: – Google environment: Tag Manager, Analytics, Search Console
Other tools: BigQuery, Looker Studio, Power BI
Contribute to cross-functional IT projects in collaboration with business teams.
Help update and improve technical and functional documentation.

Profile

Degree in IT, information systems or equivalent.
Previous experience is a plus, but motivated and curious junior profiles are very welcome.
Comfortable working in a multi-tool, collaborative environment.
Service-oriented, detail-minded and autonomous.
Ability to manage diverse tasks: daily support as well as medium- and long-term projects.
Strong communication skills, especially with non-technical stakeholders.
