The Studio Coordinator plays a key role in organizing photoshoots and directly supports the Image & Production Manager. At the intersection of coordination and production, this role is an operational cornerstone ensuring the smooth execution of creative projects.

As a central point of contact, this position enables the creative direction to thrive within a structured, efficient, and reliable framework. Flexible and with strong interpersonal skills, the Coordinator easily adapts to a variety of stakeholders.

Role & Responsibilities

Organization & daily management

Structure and manage production schedules
Oversee collections (deliveries, registrations, missing items)
Manage resources (equipment, studios, suppliers)
Implement and optimize internal processes and tools

Project coordination

Monitor project progress
Act as the link between creatives, clients, and partners
Anticipate needs and handle unexpected situations
Coordinate teams during shoots

Production & logistics

Organize shoots (transport, accommodation, catering)
Coordinate with agencies and talent (models, crews)
Oversee set design and studio setup
Prepare and organize workspaces

Digital & shoot follow-up

Ensure smooth digital workflows during shoots
Check and organize storage devices
Ensure proper backup and file organization

Administration & management

Monitor budgets, quotes, and invoicing (Excel)
Create and maintain tracking tools (planning, costs, resources)
Manage administrative documents (contracts, insurance, permits)

Structure & development

Improve organizational tools and methods
Structure workflows for greater efficiency
Contribute to the studio’s development and vision

Profile

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Flexible and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Advanced Excel skills (budgeting, planning, tracking)
Proactive, autonomous, and structured
Able to stay calm under pressure and adapt to change

Nice to have:

Experience in production (audiovisual, music, or creative industries)
Artistic sensibility and understanding of creative processes
