B2B Customer Service

We are currently looking for a new talent to join our Logistics and Customer Service B2B department. The responsibilities of the new administrative collaborator will include but are not limited to:

• Ensure the ultimate customer experience. You are the point of contact for our B2B customers.
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues by email and phone.
• Management of the order portfolio, restocking and exchanges.
• Management of the delivery planning and seamless shipments.
• You work closely together with your colleagues.
  

• Fluent in English, good level of Dutch and knowledge of French is an asset.
• A background in administrative or commercial studies.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong administrative skills, precise, and good personal organization.
• Autonomous, proactive, eager to learn by asking good questions and deeply understanding the processes.
• Collaborative team player & patient.
