Store Manager

For our flagship store in Ghent, we are looking for a driven and experienced Store Manager. Someone with natural leadership, a strong connection to the Bellerose DNA, and a genuine passion for people, product and retail.

As Store Manager, you are part of the retail team and report to the Retail Manager. You are the face of Bellerose in Ghent — a true brand ambassador. You ensure the store runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis while being managed in a sustainable and forward-thinking way. Your responsibilities are built around three key pillars:

1. People & leadership

• You coach, motivate and evaluate your team in line with Bellerose’s
  vision and values.
• You build a strong, engaged and high-performing team where people can
  grow.

 
2. Retail & business strategy

• You deliver a premium customer experience and foster long-term customer
  relationships.
• You drive sales performance and actively work with KPIs and targets.
• You ensure Visual Merchandising is executed flawlessly and that the
  Bellerose story comes to life in-store.

3. Administrative & financial management

• You oversee collections, deliveries and stock management with a sharp
  eye for efficiency.
• You manage all team-related administration.
• You prepare and carry out inventories accurately and ensure daily stock
  control.

In short, you are fully responsible for the turnover, growth and overall
performance of your store.

• You have a genuine passion for Bellerose and feel aligned with our

• You are naturally customer-focused.
• You have proven experience in achieving and optimising KPIs and targets
  within retail.
• You have strong insight into the operational workings of a fashion
  store.
• You possess excellent social and leadership skills.
• You are organised, structured and enjoy running a store with an
  entrepreneurial mindset.
