All orders are prepared and shipped from our warehouse in Belgium. In-store pickup is currently not available.

Returns
If an item does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days. Return fees apply and will be deducted from the refunded amount unless you choose a refund in the form of a gift card.
Refunds & gift cards
Once your return has been received and checked by our warehouse, the refund is processed within 14 working days.
The refund is made to the original or selected payment method.
Return fees are automatically deducted from the refunded amount.
